Special Opening and Tours

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

John Constable first revealed the Crossbones story in his book The Southwark Mysteries. Since then, Friends of Crossbones have campaigned for a garden of remembrance on the site of the outcasts' graveyard.

They are now working with Bankside Open Spaces Trust to establish the garden, which is currently open to the public on Fridays 11am-1pm.

On these additional Special Openings, John will be in residence and conducting free informal tours of the Crossbones Garden.
