Grace Mo started to learn to play the piano at the age of three in her home town, Taipei, Taiwan, and at the age of ten she gave her first public recital. In 1994 she moved to Vancouver, Canada and she has performed both as a soloist and chamber musician throughout the Lower Mainland ever since. She completed Master of Music degree in 2003 and Bachelor of Music Degree in piano in 2001 at the University of British Columbia, Canada, receiving numerous scholarships including Special University Scholarship and Outstanding Scholar Program Scholarship. In 2003 she received the Canada Council for the Arts Grant to study in London, England.

Grace Mo received her Postgraduate Diploma at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under the tutelage of Professor Joan Havill in 2004. In the same year she was offered one of the most prestigious Leverhulme Fellowship in Chamber Music. She is a prize winner in International Piano Competition of Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra, and a medal winner in Maria Canals International Piano Competition in 2005 and the first prize winner in the Guildhall Beethoven Prize Competition in 2004. She is currently a postgraduate fellow at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
