Bankside Urban Forest Youth Education Project at Bankside Community Space

Are you 16-19 years old?
Do you live in Southwark?
Would you like to improve life in your city?

If so, this project is for you.

Over 11 sessions (including the tour on 13 October) you'll be exploring the Bankside Urban Forest, the area between the Thames and the Elephant & Castle which is undergoing a massive change.

Four young people will be selected to work with artists, film makers, designers, architects and journalists. They'll design a new website, make a radio programme and take the five hour film challenge - to write, direct, act in and edit a film in a day.

This programme is free and participants will receive 20 a day to cover expenses.

Join the tour on Monday 13 October to find out more.
