Retail Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• the daily running of the busy retail operation in the fast-paced market environment including cash-handling,

• managing the performance of up to 15 staff in the retail team, including staff training and ensuring high levels of staff morale, and

• ensuring that our customers enjoy a consistently high standard of service.

The Retail Supervisor vacancy is a permanent part-time position, working 3 days per week: every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, based in Borough Market, London SE1.

Both retail and supervisory experience are essential, preferably in a fast-paced food store. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for quality fresh produce and the ability to motivate others.
