The role is a vital front-of-house position encompassing all main reception duties - telephone answering, message taking, meeting/greeting guests, conference room set up, ordering/managing supplies, incoming/outgoing post. Plus the role will be responsible for all project email correspondence, along with assisting in document control. In addition the role supports the administrative department, and studio with tasks such as typing, diary/calendar management, ordering & other Admin duties.
Excellent telephone manner
Good Outlook, Word & Excel skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Good communicator at all levels
Friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude
The role requires an enthusiastic and friendly individual with good spoken, organisational and IT skills.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience within a similar role
