Opportunity for motivated Contract's Manager with proven experience to run Contracts from inception to completion. Work primarily in SE1. Must be used to Client facing work, possess good interpersonal skills and be resourceful. Contracts are high quality, ranging from small works to £250k. Must possess ability to promote and protect the company's reputation. Ideally from trades background - package by negotiation for right applicant.
