Senior Concierge

The 24/7 Concierge will be the public face of this iconic development and is the main point of day to day contact for the residents and their guests. Reporting to the Building Supervisor, the Senior Concierge leads the team of 4 person(s) providing this vital service.

As the Senior Concierge you will have the primary responsibility for coordinating and addressing the day-to-day activities for the Strata SE1 residents, their guests and all service providers to the Property, ensuring that a quality and high value service is provided at all times.

In addition to undertaking the normal concierge responsibilities expected of a high quality residential development , you will ensure that a high standard of commitment and service is provided by all concierge staff.

Ideally, you will have at least five years customer service experience, working in either the residential, hotel, leisure or retail sectors. This is a permanent position, and applicants must be willing to undertake shift work including evening and weekends.

Essential requirements:
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Good Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for detail and drive to get things right and completed.
• Good English language communication skills - both verbal and written
• High level of integrity and personal responsibility
• Confident and proactive with a personable manner and proven ability to work effectively either leading or as part of a team

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

A good local knowledge of the Elephant & Castle area and services available would be desirable.
