About this role

This is an excellent opportunity for a resourceful assistant who thrives on working in a busy environment, using your initiative and strong interpersonal skills in a truly dynamic role.

We are looking for an experienced and capable Office Executive to assist the Office Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office – so you need to be collaborative, trustworthy and able to handle a busy work load.

You will have your hands full opening and setting up the office each day, addressing all day-to-day maintenance/facilities and ad-hoc repairs, managing front of house, reception and security for the building along with IT issues, H&S, environmental and any other ad-hoc duties.

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Person description

You will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role, excellent organisation, time management and communication skills, be IT savvy and able to work using you own initiative. Prior experience in a forward thinking, sustainable business or the PR/media industry desirable but not essential. Must have a willingness to work occasional weekend or out-of-hour duties, the ability to work under pressure and stay focused.
