Event Coordinator/Administrator

About this role

Work Hours / Days: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Weekdays worked may vary; e.g. from Wednesday to Sunday, or from Tuesday to Saturday; flexibility is essential.

This is a sub-contractor position. Responding to telephone and email enquiries, you will be responsible to promote and sell party and event entertainment services / products to a wide range of clients (from small, private family parties to large, international corporate clients) throughout the greater London area. You will also be responsible to oversee the coordination of the delivery of the services and products, as well as some accounting and reporting.

Person description

You have excellent English written and verbal communications skills. You are enthusiastic to grow within an ever-expanding childrenís entertainment company. You work well independently, are creative and have initiative. You have strong organisation skills and have a strong ability to multitask. You have a good knowledge of London. You have a solid ability to manage a busy schedule of events and ensure that all preparations for each event are undertaken in time. You are fast on your feet and have an ability to improvise to solve problems. You are punctual, responsible and reliable. You have excellent computer and mobile phone skills.
