Allstay started life 2014 set up by a team of experienced hospitality and tourism professionals. We provide operational management services for 150 serviced apartments, the majority of which are located in the London Borough of Southwark. In addition to our managed properties we manage our corporate clients long stay and group accommodation requirements for serviced apartments across the rest of London and the UK, we are also excited to be developing our European and International suppliers.
Overseeing the accounts function.
Responsible for the delivery of the month end Management Accounts.
Responsible for the accurate maintenance of the weekly cash flow.
Overseeing Bank reconciliations, AR ledger, invoicing and receipting etc.
Liaising with Departmental Heads including Reservations. Sales and Operations.
Partner the MD to form business strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
Hospitality background (would be a benefit but not essential)
Exposure to stakeholders and owners CIMA
Certificate in Business Accounting (Cert BA)min
..but the most important: Flexible with a good spirit!
