£17,000 - £20,000 Basic with an £29,000 to 32,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Due to ambitious growth plans for the remainder of 2018 and beyond, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented and success-driven Sales Representative to join our B2B telesales/lead generation team based in our fabulous offices in London Bridge. Whilst a background in sales, telesales or perhaps even a call centre would serve you well in this role, experience in this arena is not essential. In fact, this would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a sales career – perhaps from a retail or other customer-facing role.
In return for your talents, we are delighted to offer a competitive basic salary ranging from £17,000 - £20,000 but with a real focus on lead conversion, our top performers can earn in excess of £30k in their first year. We also offer a monthly bonus structure based on your personal performance against target, which is uncapped; and a range of other benefits including company contributory pension scheme and more. We also offer a structured career path into Account Management for the right people; however from day one our Sales Representatives are making a difference in the organisations growth and delivering the Directors’ strategic plan.
Our Sales Representatives are fundamental to the company’s three-year growth plan. You’ll be expected to develop relationships quickly – with potential customers as well as supply chain.
Our ideal candidate will have a real focus for customer service with a keen eye for detail, a drive for success and the ability to deliver a first class experience for our customers – from their initial enquiry to the closure of the sale. You will need to be customer focused, used to working quickly and under pressure, and able to understand a client’s requirements in a short time frame.
