About this role

We are looking for a Practice Assistant who will be based in our London office.

Hours: Monday - Friday (5.5 - 7.5 hours per day)
Salary: £20,600 pro rata

Job Description:
Assist event organisation
Provide general administrative support to the Practice Manager, Finance Manager and wider team
Management of stationery and ordering supplies
Prepare documents for archive and liaise with Archive Company
Undertake office-based purchases
Book couriers and taxis
Manage books of laptops, ipads and equipment
Organise library and magazines
Assist with document preparation including binding
Information management
Manage articles and publications
Digital post, contract scanning and copying
Collate and distribute incoming mail and post any outgoing post
Keep the office and kitchen area looking presentable
Prepare refreshments for visitor meetings and events
Provide ‘front of house’ response to telephone (including voicemail monitoring), email and in person enquiries
