£30,000 OTE made up of basic and commission dependent upon Age and Experience
Lettings Negotiator role in a small independent, busy central SE1 Estate Agent. This role requires a confident, excellent communicator who can demonstrate working on their own initiative, self-motivation and multi-tasking.
· The role will involve registering new tenant applications, booking viewings then through to the negotiating and securing the let of a property.
· You will be matching suitable tenants to properties through a database, conducting viewings at properties and updating the database system with viewing feedback.
· You will be liaising with tenants and landlords keeping them up to date through telephone and email correspondence with the letting process.
· Ad-hoc duties as required.
Customer service or sales experience required, ideally in an Estate Agents, although full training will be given. Administration and previous database experience would be advantageous in this role. Excellent verbal and written communications skills essential.
Salary will depend on previous experience.
Driving licence essential.
Full time role, including some Saturdays.
We require a competent sales minded person with strong admin skills to fill this role. You will need a full clean driving license. Experience in the industry is helpful but not essential. You will need to be calm under pressure, helpful, happy, tolerant, patient, a good talker, a good listener, flexible and hard working. Able to work alone and independently when needed and as part of a team when required also. We are a small business so passengers soon get spotted.
