Big Bankside Information Day

The largest Bankside Information Day took place at Southwark Cathedral.

Bulky refuse collection for Waterloo residents

A community clean-up campaign which ran from May to July this year will now be rolled out to cover many more of Lambeth's streets - starting last Sunday 31 August in Webber, Mitre and Ufford Streets near Waterloo Station.

Southwark shows off goods seized from illegal traders

Southwark Council's deputy leader Cllr Caroline Pidgeon joined the street trading enforcement team recently to see the variety of goods that have been seized from illegal street traders over the past six months across the borough.
