Tower Bridge jammed open
Tower Bridge was closed to traffic on Thursday night after the bascules became stuck in the raised position. An oil leak has been blamed.
The stuck bridge appeared in the background of a live report by ITV London's Simon Harris from City Hall
The bridge was due to lift late on Thursday night to allow the passage of the MV Dixie Queen.
