The college in Westminster Bridge Road welcomed the opportunity to discuss with him how changes in the basis of funding adult education might affect the fees students are charged.

Chris Grayling was able to set out how a future Conservative government would assist adult learners who had missed out on post 16 education when they returned to education later in life.

He was impressed by support that Morley College gives to more than 15,000 adult learners across a wide range of non-vocational courses.

Chris Grayling is MP for Epsom and Ewell and Conservative spokesman on adult, further and higher education.
