Sainsbury's Local in Bermondsey Square will be organising several fundraising events for Skill.

On Monday lunchtime Skill's ambassadors were in Bermondsey Square to meet and greet customers and share their experiences of working with Skill.

Skill, which has its offices in Long Lane, is a national charity promoting opportunities for young people and adults with any kind of impairment in post-16 education, training and employment.

"Sainsbury's Bermondsey Square has given us an amazing opportunity to promote our work," says fundraiser Carol Ward.

"We are really looking forward to working with our Sainsbury's colleagues."
