The Team London Bridge business improvement district has launched a website at www.inlondonbridge.co.uk to gather knowledge and opinions about the London Bridge area from the people who know it best: those who spend time there every day.

The interactive map covers the area from London Bridge in the west to Tower Bridge in the east and stretches from the river in the north to Snowsfields in the south.

Visitors can see ideas submitted by other users of the website.

The local action plan initiative comes as Southwark Council prepares the way for the drafting of its new Southwark Plan, the master planning policy document for the borough which will eventually replace the existing 'core strategy' adopted in 2011.

Designed by Commonplace, the online tool has been designed to be mobile-friendly so that ideas can be submitted when inspiration strikes whilst out and about in London Bridge.
