People will be able to sample a traditional taste of game at the event, as well as game with a tandoori twist and a French flavour prepared by some top chefs.
Thursday 11am-1pm: Vivek Singh, Hari HK Nagaraj and Abdul Yaseen from the Cinnamon Club will give an Indian cookery demonstration
Thursday 1pm-2pm: Jitin Joshi of Vatika restaurant, London
Friday 11am-2pm: Restaurateur and broadcaster Mike Robinson will prepare and cook a deer carcass and offer shoppers a taste.
Saturday 11am-1pm: Anirudh Arora from Moti Mahal, Covent Garden
Saturday 1pm-2pm: Sunil Sinha from Massala restaurant, Cobham
Most of the game used in the demonstrations will be provided by Peter Gott from Sillfield Farm in Cumbria.
