Bike the Borough at Archbishop's Park

Bike the Borough is a free, fun cycling and walking event for everyone, taking in the sights of Lambeth.

Pick up a passport at one of the hubs (Archbishop's Park, Clapham Common, Streatham Common or Brockwell Park) and cycle as much of the 18.5 mile route as you like, collecting stamps at each of the hubs.

Collect two or more stamps on your passport and you'll be entered into a draw to win a bike.

The route will be signed and there will be marshals around the route to help keep you on track.

Keep an eye out on your way round for the specially placed cardboard bikes: spot all four and you'll be entered into a prize draw to win a Specialized Hardrock bike.

Led rides will be leaving the hubs at 10am, 11am , 12 noon and 1pm.

From 10am-1pm Dr Bike will be on hand to check your bike and the Met Police will be able to offer security marking and advice.

Between 12 noon and 4pm there will be a chance to try Rollapaluza Static Bike Racing. Battle it out against your friend on a pair of vintage rollers connected to a huge dial over a simulated 500 metre distance at speeds in excess of 50mph.
