Will the regeneration benefit local people?

The Elephant Amenity Network - a coalition of local people and groups - has organised this 'visioning event' for people to come together and ask questions about the planned regeneration and imagine together what could be done.

Workshops and discussions to help shape ideas about what the local community wants from the Elephant & Castle regeneration. Topics will include the following:

Morning workshops: transport, shopping, housing, trees/biodiversity and a "planning for real" exercise

Afternoon workshops: amenities, interim uses (food, sport, performance), jobs, design and massing, and making the most of existing buildings

Children's activities and lunch/refreshments provided free.
