In his first major solo show, James Bacchi-Andreoli has recorded in photography his encounters in London whilst adopting the customary role of the flâneur.
Realised over a period of 269 days, Bacchi-Andreoli’s re-presentations of London minutiae engage in the ongoing relationship of painting with photography.
To accompany 269 Days there is a book Panel Series I 2009-2011, a collaborative work of image and text with writer James Peake, printed as a limited edition of 50.
The exhibition is in the new Simulator Gallery which once housed the Network Rail training facility.
