Commuters and weekend travellers will be able to escape the hustle and bustle with these free Chinese massage sessions at Waterloo Station.
On hand to deliver the massages are doctors from the Confucius Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at London South Bank University.
Commuters will also be able to watch wellbeing demonstrations including eye massage and shoulder massages.
"We're on a mission to de-stress the capital and show Londoners how effective Traditional Chinese Medicine can be in promoting wellbeing and preventing ill health," says Ms Min Liu, Director of the Confucius Institute at LSBU.
"We hope lots of travellers will take time out to enjoy the benefits of Chinese massage and learn some healthy lifestyle tips in our wellbeing demonstrations."
This initiative is part of Chinese Wellbeing Month, which LSBU's Confucius Institute launched in October, with the aim of promoting wellbeing and a healthier lifestyle among adults and children across the city.
The Confucius Institute at LSBU also offers a range of courses for Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture, and Mandarin language classes.
