Scenes from a Musical

A temporary theatre space wherein Adam Latham and Rich Wilson invite you to witness open rehearsals for their forthcoming musical A Short Play in Black and White. Scenes will be rehearsed throughout the duration of the exhibition and videos of these performances (as well as the times and dates of rehearsals) will be made available online.

The play is set on a tropical island, in a world somewhere between the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical South Pacific and David Attenborough's 1960 text Quest in Paradise. The opening night introduces a scene from the play in which concupiscent sailors sing a rowdy rendition of an American rock classic in an attempt to woo the natives.
