Storytelling at 160 Tooley Street

A free experiential workshop exploring the power of stories and storytelling to shape and influence the way we are and work. The session will look at the rich tradition of wisdom tales from across the world as well as working in an interpersonal way to discover how ordinary conversations can shift communication and relationships.

This self-reflective workshop will be of benefit at a personal level but will also impact positively on the way you relate to others.

Participants should come with an open mind as well as a favourite story or two.

The workshop is open to anyone involved in a Southwark organisation registered as an associate member of My Learning Source: www.mylearningsource.co.uk. Booking is only possible through this portal.

Facilitated by Michael Cleere, community cohesion co-ordinator with Southwark Council.

Michael has worked as community cohesion co-ordinator with Southwark Council since May 2007. In that role he has initiated a number of high profile community engagement projects, including Peace by Piece, ONE Southwark, and Koruso! The Southwark Community Choir.

He previously worked as an award-winning BBC producer, specialising in religion, ethics, and communities.
