Bruce Nauman

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

After graduating from college in 1966, Bruce Nauman set up his studio in a former grocery shop in San Francisco and then in a larger sublet in Mill Valley.

These two locations provided the settings for a series of performed actions captured either by 16mm film reel or a 60 minute video tape.

This exhibition focuses on these experimental and ground breaking films, made between 1967 and 1969.
