An open house for local residents and workers to find out how occupational therapy can help them with remaining independent whether they have reduced physical abilities or mental health problems, or if they have children who require further support in their homes or schools.

A programme of talks will also be offered:

11.30am: Occupational therapists can help people remain independent in their own home
1.30pm: Occupational therapists can help people with poor mental health to cope with daily activities
2.30pm: Occupational therapists helping children to develop and thrive
