Cabrini Children's Society, a children's charity providing adoption, foster care and family services across South London, will welcome guests including the Mayor of Southwark Cllr Althea Smith to this annual Carol Concert on Thursday 6th December.

The concert, which will be held in the presence of Bishop John Hine, will feature performances by Catholic schools choirs and the talents of local choirs including S.I.N.G. Purley.

"Christmas is a special time of year for families, but for many children in care they won't experience Christmas as part of a family," said head of fundraising Amanda Tucker.

"Our charity strives to provide stable, loving homes for vulnerable children through our adoption and long-term foster care services, and our Carol Concert is an opportunity to celebrate the families we have supported.

"We also need to raise the profile of our vital work, so we can support even more children, adults and families in the year to come."
