This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

Gnawa Yinga fuses the Gnawan music of Morocco and the drums of Burkina Faso to provide high energy mesmeric sounds, with irresistible rhythms. This is a unique collaboration of Maalem Simo Lagnawi, Gnawa Master on guembri and qraqeb and Abdoulaye Santo djembe master. Expect traditional instruments, sacred rhythms, singing and dancing.

Presented by Breathe Arts Health Research in partnership with Guy's and St Thomas' Charity.
