92nd Annual Open Exhibition of the Society of Graphic Fine Art (SGFA).
Visitors will find around 100 artworks by professional artists across the UK, selected from more than 350 pieces from member and non-member artists.
Eligible media are now reconsidered almost annually as conventional definitions of drawing are challenged.
The overriding criterion in every case is evidence of drawing by hand. Whether they work in charcoal, silverpoint, ink, watercolour, graphite or egg tempera, society members use drawing to explore the big themes in life as well as people and things and the relationships between them.
Society members will give free talks and demonstrations throughout the exhibition as part of The Big Draw. And for the third year running there will be free weekday gallery tours led by a member of the society.
