Outer Spaces in the South Bank and Waterloo

'Walkshop' organised by the group preparing a neighbourhood plan for the South Bank and Waterloo.

An area gets its character as much from the spaces in between buildings as from the buildings themselves. This walk considers our changing relationship to public space – complex patterns of ownership, management and use.
