On Monday night Lambeth's cabinet voted to approve the closure of Waterloo Library within the next six months.
A new 'temporary library' without any staff is proposed nearby.
The Friends of Waterloo Library have called this public meeting to discuss the next steps in the campaign to secure a staffed public library in this part of SE1.
