Rise
The Old Vic Community Company hosts a brand new theatre production in a purpose-built outdoor theatre space on Waterloo Millennium Green.
RISE, by Deirdre Kinahan, and directed by Alexander Ferris, presents a kaleidoscope of ideas, discussions and stories that distil into a human, personal story exploring our relationship with the environment.
With music and movement, RISE will explore the impact of living in a city where the temperature is rising.
The production will also see 200 community participants from all walks of life collaborate with a professional creative team to deliver a powerful production that will resonate with first-time audiences and experienced theatregoers alike.
