Bloomin' Jewels

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

Floral motifs have long inspired jewellers; indeed since the first of man's ancestors used a bloom for self-adornment, botanical motifs have been a key feature of jewellery designs. 'Bloomin Jewels' will explore how plant and flower forms can be a powerful reference point for contemporary jewellers, working in both precious and non-precious media.

This exhibition will feature over 20 innovative makers with very diverse practices and has been guest curated for CAA by Corinne Julius, a journalist and acknowledged authority on contemporary jewellery.
