CAN provides affordable office space for 79 charities and social enterprises on two sites in SE1.
CAN owns the freehold of its Loman Street building but only has a short lease at Great Dover Street.
To prevent the organisations at the Borough building being pushed out of Southwark - with its established third sector talent and easy access to City donors and politicians at Westminster - the organisation is planning to redevelop its Loman Street site.
CAN will present its vision for the site and inviting feedback from the local community.
