Rarescale is a chamber music ensemble, formed by alto and bass flute specialist Carla Rees in 2003, that showcases the work of emerging composers for alto and bass flutes. This performance of new music at Waterloo Festival will feature Carla Rees (alto, bass & contrabass flutes), Sarah Watts (bass & contrabass clarinets) and Sohrab Uduman (electronics).
