A new series of 30 free pop-up cookery classes for Londoners is launching this week.
Run by expert chefs at venues across the capital these fun, sustainable classes will help the time-poor up-skill in the kitchen and reduce the 910k tonnes of food that goes to waste in London homes each year.
The first workshops kick off with a weekly 'Waste-FREE Lunch' every Thursday during July at Mercato Metropolitano – learn how to make a healthy, sustainable packed lunch and then eat the results – all in a quick lunchtime session.
