Borough Cooks Live

Borough Marke is hosting a live cookalong from internationally renowned chef, restaurateur and cookbook author, Yotam Ottolenghi.

The cookalong will be streamed live on Borough Market's Facebook page from 6.30 – 7.15pm.

Ixta Belfrage, co-author of recently published Flavour, will join Yotam for the cookalong, hosted by award-winning food writer and founder of the Borough Market Cookbook Club, Angela Clutton. Yotam and Ixta will be chatting to Angela and walking participants through an exclusive recipe from Flavour, broadcast live from the Ottolenghi test-kitchen in Camden, North London.

Registration is free via https://bit.ly/2G1l3kq and participants will receive the recipe for the chefs' 'Coconut and Turmeric Omelette Feast' ahead of time so that they can shop for their ingredients and join in to make the dish at home.

There will also be time for people to ask questions at the end of the live session.
