300 people will show their support for unpaid carers by taking part in The Princess Royal Trust for Carers London Thames Walk on Sunday 10 June from 9am to kick off Carers' Week (11-17 June). The participants will be able to take in the spectacular river views, interesting architecture and the hustle and bustle of the surrounding areas by strolling 10 miles from Westminster to Greenwich. The walk will raise vital funds for Carers' Centres throughout the UK.

This is the second London Thames Walk. Last year's event was a fantastic success with 200 people taking part, raising 11,000 to provide much needed information and support to unpaid carers. This year's walk promises to be even bigger and better than last year.

Walkers can enter by contacting Chris Chimonas at The Princess Royal Trust for Carers on 020 7709 1336 or [email protected]
