Waterloo Community Conference

This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

For the last six years Waterloo community organisations have had the benefit of Single Regeneration Budget of over £4 million to fund community led regeneration projects. That funding will end on 31 March 2007.

Come and have your say; find out what's been happening and help develop a strategy for the future.

The conference aims to showcase partnerships as an example of good practice in the local community and voluntary sector.

It will stimulate debate on the need to preserve and develop partnerships that have emerged as a result of WCRT resources, and consult on the emerging framework for a Community Coalition.

The conference will start developing local community priorities and criteria for potential community projects that could be funded by Section 106.
