The Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy is challenging local people to get sponsored to abseil 450ft from Guy's Tower.
Spinal Muscular Atrophy is the biggest genetic cause of infant death in the UK today, as many as 1 in 40 of us carry the gene that causes the condition and there is currently no treatment or cure!
