Show UP

An inspiring exhibition from a newly formed collective of artists, Show UP crosses many disciplines of contemporary art.

Connected through their conceptual practices, the artists' pieces include painting, photography, ceramics, installation, drawing and new media.

Through their diversities they present a visceral sense of expression centred round the artist, the body, identity and gender.

Show UP displays a concern with the fusion of body and mind; by negating the divide and acknowledging that inside and outside are inextricably bound, the artists endeavour to create a self awareness, provoking us to ask questions and reconsider the familiarity of our own existence and experience.
