Cos Ahmet crossed paths with his shadow through issues surrounding a recent development of rejection being a direct result of his sexuality conflicting with his cultural background. With this discovery and acknowledgement of his dark side, armed with this new manifesto, Cos Ahmet continued his ongoing research and personal journey of identity and sexuality, creating new works that capture the dark side, and drawing upon earlier works that now appear to
shout out his shadow - his 'inseparable and constant companion'.
