Gorgeous Glassware at Museum of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society

From the carboy placed inside the chemist shop window as a symbol of pharmacy to the beautifully coloured bottles and jars which filled the shelves inside.

From enormous, highly decorated specie jars to the bizarre looking 'nasal douche' there are plenty of both pretty and practical glassware items to investigate.

Find out about both the functional and ornamental glassware in the collection.

This session includes the unmissable opportunity to handle some of the objects and get closer than ever to part of this wonderful collection.
