King's College London and Investream are holding a public exhibition to consult local residents and stakeholders on their proposals for the redevelopment of Capital House on the corner of St Thomas' Street, Weston Street and Melior Street.
The redevelopment, named QUILL, is described as "an iconic piece of architecture" which will "create a new benchmark in student living as well as retail facilities and a new exciting public realm".
The current building is 10 storeys; the proposed QUILL tower designed by SPPARC is believed to have 28 storeys and more than 500 rooms of student accommodation.
