In 'Janteloven - Small Town Mentality,' portraits alongside excerpts from the Law of Jante challenge the notion of environments where uniqueness is a sin and standing out from the crowd is a disgrace.

In Takvam's other collections the artist utilises varying methods, such as the application of audio and Braille in 'See you, see me', to view and express representations of 'self'.
