Living Memory Heritage Project Film Night

Showing archive footage of the local area from the BFI Mediatheque.

The short films will be presented by David Somerset from the BFI and will include:

• The Thames in colour in the 1930s
• A film following the last tram through London
• How the Festival of Britain transformed the South Bank
• A skateboarder's view of London
... and more

There will be a live musical accompaniment for the silent films.

Open to all ages - everyone welcome.

Refreshments including popcorn, wine and soft drinks will be served from 7pm and the films will start at 7.30pm.
