This year the festival will be themed around produce of the world. So as well as exhibitors showcasing the best Britsh cheeses and wines, you can also expect to find produce from countries such as France, New Zealand, Italy, Switzerland and many more!
There will be over 250 of the finest cheeses and wines from across the globe for you to sample and purchase. Additionally, delicious cheese dishes will be served such as addictive raclette and home made pasta, stunning cheesecakes and more.
Highlights include ‘The total cheese experience’ – a cheese making demonstration with the legendary Bob Kitching (as seen on TV & radio), who will be turning milk into cheese in just 40 minutes. Other highlights include: BBC Master Chef winner Steven Wallis, who will demonstrate how to make Salad of Tallegio with pickled pumpkin, figs, hazelnuts, Autumn leaves and truffled Sourdough Croutons, a demonstration and book signing with Patricia Michelson founder of La Fromagerie and author of CHEESE and a gift wrapping demonstration with international gift wrapping expert Arona Khan.
