4 Futures invites local residents to this drop-in community design session.
Over the past months 4 Futures have been developing plans for improvements to St Saviour’s and St Olave’s. As well as refurbishment, they hope to build an extension to the existing school buildings in order to offer much-needed extra teaching space.
They propose developing this around the current entrance on Bartholomew Street, offering state-of-the-art science labs, an activity studio, a new sixth form centre and an improved reception area with community meeting space.
This would involve the removal of a 1960s block and the portable classrooms.
This is a good opportunity to find out the background to the project, to meet the design team, and to tell 4 Futures what you think of the plans.
