The Merbecke Choir of Southwark Cathedral & His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornets will be coming together to recreate the sounds and splendour of Venice at Christmas in a programme that includes:

Hodie Christus Natus Est — Giovanni Gabrieli
Ave Maris Stella — Claudio Monteverdi
Quaeramus Cum Pastoribus — Giovanni Croce
O Salutaris Hostia — Giovanni Battista Grillo
and instrumental music by Grillo, Guami and Giovanni Gabrieli
